예약 절차

이용일시 · 차종 · 보험을 선택하고 검색하면 이용 가능한 차량이 실시간으로 조회됩니다. |

원하는 차량의 ‘예약 바로가기’ 버튼을 클릭합니다. |
| 3 |
예약자 정보를 입력하고 약관에 동의합니다. |
| 4 |
결제를 진행하면 예약 신청이 완료됩니다. |
결제 방법 & 예약 확정 시점

예약 접수 후 입금 안내 문자가 발송되며, 안내된 계좌로 입금이 확인되면 예약이 확정됩니다. |
· 입금 안내 문자는 접수 상황에 따라 발송까지 수 분 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.
· 예약자명과 동일한 이름으로 입금해주셔야 확인이 가능합니다.
· 일정 시간이 지나도 안내 문자를 받지 못하신 경우 고객센터로 문의해주세요.

· 당일 예약 가능 여부는 고객센터로 문의해주세요.

Q. How do I make a reservation?

You can book through the “Rental Car Booking” or “Real-time Rental” menu on our website. |
Booking Steps

Select your dates, vehicle type and insurance, then search — available vehicles are shown in real time. |

Click “Book Now” on the vehicle you want. |
| 3 |
Enter the booker's details and agree to the terms. |
| 4 |
Complete payment — your booking request is submitted. |
Payment & When Your Booking Is Confirmed

Confirmed immediately once payment is completed |
| Bank transfer |
After your request is received, a text message with the account details is sent. Your booking is confirmed once the transfer is verified. |
· The text message may take a few minutes to arrive depending on volume.
· Please transfer under the same name as the booker so we can verify it.
· If you do not receive the message after some time, please contact Customer Support.
Checking & Changing Your Booking

Same-day Booking
